Been following her for a while. Love her and I’m so happy for them. I actually gave birth around the time she’s making these vids and I’m definitely gonna use these tips in my postpartum state.
My herbalist doesn’t suggest any prenatal, rather get it from the source. So she put me on spirulina, wheat germ oil, fermented cod liver oil and royal jelly for getting all nutrients which was amazing for baby!
How to you find a herbalist?
@@jackiec9893 depending on where you live it can be hard Bc they’re not as advertised. A lot of word of mouth or trying to find a naturopath, functional medicine doctor. Holistic practitioner in your area can lead into that Avenue 💜

No lie those Ritual vitamins are really good, i only used the regular essentials for women but they made my skin clearer, i felt better I loved em! The only reason i stopped taking them is because I’m bad at swallowing pills and they float in liquid so I ended up passing them to mom, but I definitely recommend them & so does she! ☺️
I feel you with the tea! I am an avid tea drinker and was so disappointed when I couldn’t drink it during my first trimester.

Dates are great I ate them during my last trimester for my second pregnancy and I literally did not even have to push, my daughter was coming out on her own unfortunately I was on an epidural in the hospital so I couldn’t feel a thing below my waist. This time we are having a natural home birth and I know those dates will definitely come in handy!

@@zyzylove4033 split? Maybe you mean tear down there? No I didn’t and I had a 10 pound baby my homebirth video will be up soon this month. And no I didn’t pay for a homebirth I only payed for the things needed to deliver my baby at home. I had a free birth so just me and the baby’s dad delivered the baby. I think some medical insurances do help pay for a midwife.

I wish I could’ve eaten this healthy during pregnancy. I couldn’t eat anything especially vegetables or fruits during my pregnancies. I was so nauseous 🤢 the dr told me to just do your best to eat whatever you can during pregnancy and take your prenatals. But you’re definitely glowing girl. Congrats ❤️❤️
