I am curious about moving here possibly for retirement. Where could I live that is close to shopping (Costco, Whole Foods, Home Depot, Lowes, Nordstrom) affordable (under $300k) and backyard big enough so neighbors won't hear a dog bark? Walk-out basement, garage? I want to replicate at least what I have now from Metro Detroit, MI.
