This is one of the best videos I've come across showcasing Greenville during my visits over the past 10 years. My family and I visit multiple times a year, and it's remarkable to witness the city's transformation in such a short span of time. Greenville County remains at the top of our list for a potential move in the coming years. Seeing someone explore many of the areas and neighborhoods we enjoy visiting is reassuring. You might want to rethink that the cost of living in Greenville is sky high. We live there for 10 years and we left and moved to Atlanta and it's much cheaper

Hi Aveleen! Not an odd question at all. So you will DEFINITELY find a market for flowers. I would encourage you to be strategic in getting into the market but Greenville is large AND you also have the surrounding cities that you could market to as well.
Im moving there in a couple months. I'm looking to rent a townhouse with a good location. The property management companies have awful communication and reviews say they leave the property on the market just to collect applications fees. Do you have any advice?
I’m so sorry to hear this. Have you thought about trying to purchase instead? I’m not sure how to avoid application fees for rental process. Maybe ask if they already have quite a few STRONG applicants already before submitting. And also make sure if you submit your application, that your credentials for what they are looking for are strong. I hope this helps 🙏🏾
have you thought about Airbnb ? I am currently waiting for a few things before I move out there with my husband and kids ! we want to just to buying new construction homes ,but again we might wanna rent /airbnb to check it out . we are leaving utah, I can't wait for this move and change tho !

I love Greenville. I am considering moving from Charlotte to Greenville in the next year. Much better cost of living.
