We simplify it so anyone who DNFs gets 15 per gate. So people who don’t finish accrue extra points compared to people who did. It’s our own points system

Why no -2 progression pts. For gates 1‐10? Gates 1-10 should equal -20 plus -20 for the 2 bonus gates best score being -40.
