Yes, you will definetely need to get a wifi extender. Mine is about 65 feet from my router in line of site and 50% of the time I can't connect to it.

Hey CJ I put my Wi-Fi unit outside on the front porch and now it covers the whole yard just a thought. The poor chickens don't have any privacy...
I can't move my actual Wi-Fi router but I'm going to do what you said with my booster and that should help. It's working now but a booster will make it work perfect 👍👍

I noticed you provided two links in the description. Do I need both of those items for your setup or does the camera come with the solar panel?
Those are the links that Reolink sent me to put in the description. So I'm guessing if you buy only the camera it wont come with the solar panel.
Do you need a monthly subscription to view the videos taken by the camera?
No if you want to record videos you just need a sd card 👍
I am interested but $150 is a bit much for a camera for me now

The camera is only powered by solar.. I have no idea what voltage it is
