We said that the Sony can record 120 fps in 4k, that's wrong. It can record in 30fps 4k and in 120fps 1080p. Also the iPhone 15 Pro has a 1/1.28" sensor instead of a 1/1.56".
Creator kit also comes with 1 battery, the other is just an attachment before the tripod legs. Good comparison.

Agree for vlogging Pocket 3. However, if you do any ruff activity, Ace Pro 360 or the DJI Action 4. If you wanted to spend less, at $400 Action 4 wins. Great review.

Solid Video and content. The audio of Pocket 3 with wireless mic just makes it my winner. Add the excellent stabilization and decent low light performance, the Pocket 3 is awesome. Still see the need for a great phone and action camera for rougher shooter.

The DJI is a brilliant invention. Great sound with the external microphone, app that can control the camera, stabilisation, great at low light.
Look you can buy an external microphone for sony but you can’t upgrade your camera lens in dji pocket 3

*Vou dar minha opinião foto fotógrafo com 20 anos de experiência...primeiro colocado é iPhone 15 Promax, pela facilidade de gravar em SSD externo, por ter ProRes, Dollby Vision, 10 Bit, 4;22, Apple LOG etc...em segundo colocado fica com o Pocket 3 (Tenho 1 tbm), pela qualidade de imagem, facilidade, e audio do Combo Dji mic2, em terceiro deixo para Sony Zv-1 MK2 por sua destreza, tive a primeira e afirmo, qualidade profissional dessa câmera, a por quarto a Insta360, qualidade boa mas tem alguns bugs em algumas areas da imagem, sem falar qua não tem abertura e não tem bokeh o que pra vlog é essencial...por fim os 4 é top mas eu fico com iPhone, ja que possuo um e ele é simplesmente incrível!*
Interesting summary. I’ve been using my iPhone 12 Pro for years and it’s sufficient for my needs.
i agree with you. besides the log, pro red etc. it has computational photography which makes it easier for people to shoot photos and it also has cinematic mode to mimic a high end dslr plus you get to edit the video on your phone and upload it. though I'm not a fan of iPhone, I agree with everything you said and the rankings.

I like the dji pocket3 for its crispness of picture and gimbal features, its good for scenic shots and tracking modes are cool, sometimes vid of people can look just a little choppy when looking at body movements as a whole etc same with Iphone and insta360 isnt as bad as the iphone can it shoot in 4k without wideangle fishlens distortion though. The Sony Z1 mark 2 seems to abit smoother playback. The smoothest is whatever camera shes using in studio setup. I personally like hearing some of the background sounds when people vlog outdoors it adds some ambience.

Question: I have a wireless microphone (not from dji, hollyland) as well as a tripod, and for battery I am thinking of taking a powerbank with me. So do you think the combo version is useless for me or not? Personally, what I am most interested in accessories, are the ND filters and I was thinking.. do you have filters and if so which ones? also i would like to ask if you have overheating problem while recording. Using a flip mirror for selfie stick (like Ulanzi ST-30) with smarphone is probably the best option - I also tryed all of these cameras and I prefer to vlog with phones cause there are 4 amazing lens if you have truly good hardware like Oppo X7 ultra, Samsung or Xiaomi (11 ultra was a best vlogging machine), iphone still lacks the periscope lens - good zoom may always be handy.

I love my Pocket II for casual vlogs and I wiil upgrade to pocket 3. So i love my insta x360 on my bycicle or even running. My Samsung S23 works fine for some things, but I'm going back to fullframe world. It's another story.

I use my S24 ultra mostly for fast vlogs, videos or photos... Its just so comfortable but to make the audio better is use a little rode mic clip.

iPhone 15 pro: IP68 dust/water resistant (up to 6m for 30 min)
Sony ZV-1 ii: not waterproof (there is a waterproof/underwater case for the Zv-1 as far as I know, but not for the ZV-1 ii yet)
Insta360 Ace Pro: waterproof up to 10m (without case), waterproof up to 60m (with waterproof case)🤽

I own a Sony Z-V1 mark ii and I feel like the low light quality was bad and the stabilization when walking was not that good. Do you think the Dji Pocket 3 is a good substitution to my Sony? Or any advice for a daily vlogging camera?
I went from zv1 to pocket 2 for the same reason and it is night and day better. The 3 will be even better, go for it and don’t look back

you are right lol zv-1 m2 cannot shoot upto 4K 120fps(only upto 4K 30F). Only ZV-E1(3x the cost of ZV-1M2) can support that.
Insta ace pro is the clear winner if you want more then vlogging.

You dont really need a gimbal with the ace pro. But if you want a gimbal the hohem gimbal have one of the best features.

Yes you can connect it to 2 Mics. If you use 2 of the new DJI Mic 2 then you don't need a receiver :)

The iphone 15 pro and 15 pro max main sensor is 1/1.28" I think you got I wrong in the video.
The 1/1.56" you said is for the Iphone 15 and 15 plus main camera.
You're right. The pro version has a bigger sensor.
For just vlogging any of this cameras is good enough.

Interesting! Yes the price and capabilities of all these cameras has greatly improved in recent years, they are now much more affordable for most people. Count back 10 years plus and there was a definite £1,000 pound barrier to entry to get the equivalent kit back then!
