Weirdest cottage cheese I have ever seen. When I make this... I scramble the eggs in a seperate bowl, pouring in what is needed. Cheese, bacon "whatever meat", salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Herbs if wanted... Then when cooked, I top with more shredded cheese. ❤

This is the least offensive recipe I've seen on this channel. However, I would not add cottage cheese. Eggs, herbs, salt & pepper and one type of cheese. Swiss, mozzarella, provolone, havarti, muenster or whatever. Simple is sometimes better.
