Thank you so much for this video. My mother's in hospital at the moment, and I'm trying to cook for my family but I'm absolutely terrible in the kitchen. I'm following your tutorial right to the letter, and honestly I want to cry because it actually looks lovely, which is a first for my cooking!! Thanks again, you've helped a hopeless cook in her time of need. 💛😃
I finally finished the stuffed bell peppers. My house smells so good. I have one more dish to make. Vegetarian enchiladas. All your recipes are easy. Plus I made your Taco mix smelled yummy. I understand you said you can smell all ingredients and it is so true. Great dish. Thanks
These look SO good! Definitely going to try making them! Love your content, as someone who doesn't cook often, you inspire me to cook more as you make cooking look so easy. Love how you interact with us in your videos. Keep doing what you do!
You’re the best of the best!!! I love watching your videos. Your so precise and interesting to listen to. And I love the parts where you speed up the cutting and chopping.
Inspiring! I was looking for a vegetarian recipe for Stuffed Peppers, so I can use my (rather intense) crushed walnut mince and Egyptian Calrose rice - just a smaller grained rice. But all I have is Feta cheese which will further intensify the flavour, so I’d be wise to get some comforting mozzarella. Looking forward to the adventure 🤞🏽
Excellent recipe. First attempt a making a vegetarian dish that isn’t a stir fry or one pot casserole. I used Cumin and Garam Masala as my spice mix and it tasted lovely. Still have plenty of filling left over for mid week. Will definitely make these again.
I really enjoy your videos! Also really like how you take a picture of all the ingredients at once on your website. I just save the picture if I want to pick it up at the store 😊
Dude...I searched "stuffed peppers" yesterday and never saw your vid. Searched "rice stuffed peppers" et voila! Going to make today to pair with ribeye! Thanks😁 Update...saw some of your other receipes so yes I am now subscribed👍🏻
I’d recommend adding mushrooms…shiitake or oyster would be amazing but any mushroom will do. That will give it a meaty texture and give it much more volume and a fuller mouth feel. Great recipe. 😊
I have started making oil free or less oil recipes as this will& another of your vegetarian recipe is in my tomorrow’s menu. It’s very easy to follow your recipes as your face lighten up when you explain procedures shows how much you enjoy cooking❤😂
Thanks for a great recipe. I’m gonna try today. Somehow I could not find the link for your Mexican Red Rice, even by searching on your web site; found the Taco seasoning, though. Please consider adding direct links in description for cross references. Thanks.
Thank you for the recipe. Considering that it's high time to save energy these days, can I put the peppers into the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit without pre-heating it, turn it off after only 10 minutes and keep the peppers in the turned off oven for another 30 minutes? I think, the end result would be the same just with a lot more electricity saved. What do you think?
So I've watched a majority of your vids (thanks!) but I still don't know what "Coit' means. I googled it, and it is an obsolete term meaning to throw, or a back-formation of coitus, or copulation. I don't you're cooking with copulation in your vids that I've seen so far. Can you clarify? 😀
I love your content and the chicken wings turned out great. A little advice going forward. You will find a little less talking goes a long way. I think viewers listen more carefully if we don't have to listen to so much talking. Please don't be offended alot of youtubers do this
If you’re going to make this type of statement, you need to explain why. Peppers belong to the nightshades, and as with all nightshades, the stems are toxic to humans. the way he prepares this is fine. It holds the peppers together. Cooking is ok, just don’t eat the stem part.

You should never cook or eat pepper stems
