But I personally went this July and tried this, it's good but nothing special tho, in fact only small piece of octopus in one ball and the rest of it is very doughy, the sauce is nice on top, but I'm not a fan of it. Over all it's okay, I just wouldn't order it unless I share with two other people, one or two ball for me is way enough. That just me.

Somehow I think every country has their own version of this. I’m not sure if it originated in Denmark however there’s a thing called Aebleskiver that are a danish ball pancake. You can buy a small round cast-iron skillet‘s that have the same exact half circle pockets in them and they’re made the same way using a type of pancake batter. You can flavor them a lot of different ways including putting fruit in them. This is just one more variation, pretty cool.
This makes me think about Dutch pofferjes, which are basically small thick pancakes which are prepared like that. But then I see the things he is adding. lol It looks amazing though.

When I see these amazing street food videos, I realize that somewhere out there in each country there are corporations that are working every day to create new street food menu items, specialized commercial packaging for the item-specific ingredients, manufacturing or sub-contracting the manufacture of the tools to cook large numbers of the items quickly and showcase and sell the items, and the marketing to sell all this to franchisees or individual street food restaurateurs, likely with national and international trade shows to promote this market segment, and I know absolutely nothing of its existence.
