Seems to me that it's too many flavors going on for any one of them to stand out. Like I said, it's just my opinion. Overall, I am totally addicted to the Korean street food videos. 😏

Unless you can't get octopus, I don't understand how you can't make it at home lol. You can also simply use ham or corn etc. I am not gonna go 4 years without eating it lol
They aren't cooking chopsticks. They are Takoyaki picks (Pin sticks) or commonly known outside of Asia as metal skewer sticks. Cooking chopsticks tend to be 2-3 times longer than normal chopsticks.
For a moment, I thought the video was fast forwarded. The dude is crazy fast with his hands! Also, I appreciate that he didn't cut the perfect ball of takoyaki. A lot of other sellers tend to chop or break the sphere with scissors or chopsticks. 🙏
