    제가 촬영한 곳은 금요일, 마천동 금호어울림 1차 아파트 입구 오거리쪽입니다.
    시간도 오후 6시즈음에 시작하는데, 중간에 또 다른 곳으로 이동하신다고 하시더라구요.
    단골 장사라고 하셔서 굳이 위치 정보를 업데이트 하지 않았습니다.
    가끔 늦거나 장사를 안할수도 있어서 헛걸음 할수도 있기에...
    참고로 화, 목은 경찰병원역에서 영업한다고 합니다.

    멋진 영상입니다. 저는 일본인이지만, 포장마차에서 이렇게 맛있어 보이는 문어구이를 본 적이 별로 없습니다. 회전시키는 기술도 수준급이고, 추가 반죽으로 속임수를 쓰지 않는 점이 멋집니다.
    조리 과정에서 문어가 2개가 들어가도 그대로 제공해주는 것도 좋네요.
    일본 포장마차에서는 가격은 가게와 다르지 않지만, 문어의 크기가 상당히 작거나 남은 음식을 따뜻하게 데워서 제공하는 경우가 있다.
    인터넷 한국어 번역이라 오타가 있을 수 있으니 양해 바랍니다.

      @@em_birch It was just my opinion. I'm only 5'1" and 90 lbs., so the chunks seemed too big, and then he kept putting more stuff in there. Seems to me that it's too many flavors going on for any one of them to stand out. Like I said, it's just my opinion. Overall, I am totally addicted to the Korean street food videos. 😏

    타코야끼 보니까 타코야끼가 먹고 싶네요. 근데 달인이 달인인가봐요. 어떻게 그렇게 잘 만드시지. 재료도 보니깐 엄청 푸침하고 좋은 걸로 쓰고 있는거 같아요 너무 맛있어 보여요. 시간돼면 꼭 한번 먹으러 가야겠어요. 군침 ....ㅋㅋㅋ

    And the bells ringing like crazy is the best warning to everyone when the takoyaki is almost done

    I cook takoyaki here in México, my boss can cook 32 Takoyaki at the same time, and i can cook 12-16 takoyaki at the same time, this man is crazy, my respects to this "takoyaki master"

      They aren't cooking chopsticks. They are Takoyaki picks (Pin sticks) or commonly known outside of Asia as metal skewer sticks.
      Cooking chopsticks tend to be 2-3 times longer than normal chopsticks.

    Also, I appreciate that he didn't cut the perfect ball of takoyaki. A lot of other sellers tend to chop or break the sphere with scissors or chopsticks. 🙏

    After some calculation for no reason, this dude makes 126 takoyaki balls in just 10 minutes and 39 seconds. And even an asmr. Truly Magnificent👏👏👏
    126= 3(amount of molds horizontally in one rectangle) × 6(amount of molds vertically in one rectangle) × 7(total amount of the rectangle trays)
    10mins 39secs= 10:39 (when the takoyaki is finished) - 00:16 (when he started)

      You wouldn't be alone, I love these! Enough to buy a takoyaki pan of my own.... unfortunately mine never turn out quite so pretty... still tasty though... making more tonight, so I'm watching videos to see if i can fix my technique... unfortunately i think its more to do with equipment for me... can't really do it like this on a rickety stove top w/ a little 3x3 pan

    Rubbing butter over the hot griddle could be a musical instrument. You get a specific pitch whenever you go up and down over all the holes 😂
