    I've broken two, both butt sections and both my fault. But I love them and managed to find a replacement section on a forum. Like you, I always take a spare set up when going somewhere out of the way, as you never know.

    Cracking video ive had a couple of hto rods for lrfing snapped 2mm on my urban finesse 0.5-5g one my own fault took the eye of the snapped bit and pushed on to the tip and it seemed to improve it still going strong 2yrs later even managed to land bass upto 4lb

    Hi Paul. My hto nebula broke about 2 weeks sgk just like uours in two places. They're an expensive rod, I loved the lightweight but wouldn't buy again. A rod gor that money should last longer. It was a 45cm bass that snapped it as I was swinging him out of the water. I took him for tea then!!!

      Hi Phil,
      I’ve ordered another it’s the 12-42g I had its the 7-35 that’s prone to it ! An hour before it was creaking you can hear me mention it on the film. As I said at the end I’m sure it was due to my fall in May. We shouldn’t be picking fish up with tho should we lol everyone does it at some point tho ! I took a 47 the other day that was bleeding heavily very nice she was to ! That video should be done soon !

    Great session, super sweet spot, looked awesome!

    Same happened to mine, lost a lovely bass too 😢 ended up buying the triple cross which is more robust but still prefered the nebula

    • @chuckitandsea
      @chuckitandsea  Рік тому

      I have the sea bass style triple cross it’s good for the lighter lures and is quite sensitive. The Neb is better for chucking bigger stuff and top waters I feel

    Early nebulas were good. After the got a good reputation the build quality went down hill quick. Think I got about 3 years out of mine before the top section bust. Replaced it with a Nomura never crack great rod.

      This was a 12-42g rod that had taken a beating earlier in the year when I fell getting washed in.! I knew it was a matter of time I have another now all good 👍🏻
