Yeah, certainly a lot cheaper here in the UK. I'll have a video coming out in the new year on the Tier One ELR which is also a good, cheaper alternative to the MDTs
From memory, you can't lock the Pan on the ATAC. You can tighten the Tilt but not lock it. Theyve just released an updated version of the ELR with improved Tilt and Pan looking.. so I'd put money on an updated version of the ATAC coming out next year as Tier One seem to be very good at listening to feedback 👍
