Hi Craige, very useful video, thank you ! I have one of these optics but cannot get the Screen Shift to work and align at all, despite indexing to maximum both ways and ensuring long hold R/H button to save and exit menu. Any suggestions welcome - does yours actually work ? 🤔
Thanks for sharing, great tutorial. The Thermal Hotspot tracking feature will place the red dot on the hot heat sources that are in the viewfinder. The dot moves about highlighting the hot spots . All the best
Thanks for the feedback on the Thermal Hotspot Tracking. I did find out a few days later after the video was published. I invite you to subscriber to my channel if you have not done so already.

input the data for load in app upload data from phone to scope via wifi distance is set by your zero distance , usually 100 yard zero... once its done , you aim at target and push laser button ranging is done and gives a distance , new reticle (range solution ) appears on reticle ....use that and take shot at target .
@@ShotintheDark-lk1ps Do you use your shooting reticle to point at the target when trying to get the range with the range finder or do you point the ranging reticle at the target? The reason i ask is because when pointing the shooting reticle at the target the range is correct, but when pointing the ranging reticle at the target the range finder is reading 120yds at 100yds.

@PawPawWall. NO. You can run the night vision without the IR. The IR has 4 levels. OFF, Low Med and High. It also has a narrowing lens on it, so you can use the low level setting and turn the lens to narrow the beam. @@Craigs_Adventures I've emailed DNT, my unit does not show Bluetooth only wifi and i can't find any info on how to turn the IR light on. Thank you for your response.
I just received this from DNT about Bluetooth not showing up on the Setting menu. …. This is correct the new units and after you do a Firmware update Bluetooth is not longer used. Ballistics are transferred via wifi and ballistic calculation is unlocked in scope. By doing this you can send over 5 ballistic profiles instead of the one, also by using the inscope calculation instead of the table the inscope is more accurate and adds inclination which account for extreme angles.
I have an A to the left of the magnification x5 on the display can you tel me what it's for it's not profile as I changed that and it's still A gareth jones in the uk
@garethjones3412 This is what I recieved from DNT... " The letter in the main screen next to the magnification levels is the Ballistic Profile letter. The scope allows 5 A-E Ballistics Profiles. It will Stay on even if the Ballistics are turned off but will change if you change the Ballistics Profile letter." I cant get it display the letter at all.

@@Craigs_Adventures Model says TNC225R on the manual and on the scope. Serial number is 703390. Mine does not have the "wifi" button next to the USB-C port. It just has a block off plate.
