You are so welcome! Thanks you for supporting the podcast! It's a huge motivation to us when we see our listeners engage! Random question, do you play the bass guitar? Timmy saw some of your youtube playlists and noticed the bass guitar vids.

I’m teaching 102 right now in Dallas. Maybe I can work it in and see how it goes. Great idea.

Great episode! I learn so much from these podcasts.
Question for Bo: What’s the best way to go about finding a mentor in CRE as a 25 year old new to the industry? I feel like I am not taken seriously because of my age, I know a CCIM designation will help so I am working towards that.
Looking forward to Septembers CI102 in Ridgeland, MS!

Justin - identify a couple of seasoned professionals who you'd like to learn from. Then try to figure out how you can help them. Approach the relationship from the angle that I'm going to make the potential mentor's life better. After you have given value, then feel them out and see if they'd be willing to spend some time with you. If the relationship develops, it can grow in a mentorship. I am not a fan of approaching someone you haven't helped in some way and asking "wanna mentor me?" Good question, and I love how you are thinking.

Thank you, Justin! You have no idea the fuel that gives us when we hear it! @bobarronccim, I think we gotta make an episode on getting a mentor! I know so many people, including myself, have this question whether in CRE or not. -Timmy
