When I watched Zach Lavine dunking slow mo, I realized he is nasal breathing whole in the air dunking from free throw. Ge incorporates nasal breathing a lot. Maybe that gives him an edge and helps him be a magnificent player

A cue that's been helpful for me is to chew gum during training sessions to close my mouth and remember to nasal breath as much as possible

I’m a athlete, with a fractured nose fractured it when I was younger. Was so bad the doctor couldn’t put it back in place so was gonna need plastic surgery. Mom didn’t do it so sometimes it’s tougher to breathe through my nose, but when I get that breakthrough omg it’s amazing.

Whenever I get exhausted I flare up my nostrils so that the holes get bigger (bigger holes - more air) well atleast I think so, I don't know if it's Placebo but I feel it working...
But one time my teammate pointed it out and said I looked kinda weird, said my nose changed, I told him about it and he called it weird.. But heck, I'm not the one that looks like I'm dying after a set of suicides Lmaoo
    Nasal Breathing is top tier!

This is good practice. It helps reduce the collapsing of the nostrils.

I’ve been using the mobility portion from durability code, the plyo portion from vert code, and the strength part of fat don’t fly. Do you think this is a smart way of training?

Repent, trust, and believe in Jesus and be saved. To repent means you confess your sins (the acts and thoughts that are wrong according to God and His Word) and ask for forgiveness with sincerity. Once you do this, strive to no longer do those wrong/sinful things, but do what is right according to God’s Word. It’s not by doing good things that you are saved but by trusting and believing in God and His grace/mercy. John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
