    I start my jogging with nose breath but soon it get hard to maintain the nose breath, but I'm going to keep trying the nose breath

    I am now able to do my gym workouts using nasal breathing and take note of almost everyone else breathing out their mouthes and arses 😂

    Patrick, love your work and explanations.. effective and simple to follow… Since retraining my own breathing to nasal, it’s made all the difference to my state of mind by settling my emotions down to focus on what I need to do.. It’s a process, of self regulation..

    My breathing is way easier with nasal. Slower breathing rate, very deep but EASY breath, I can feel how deep and strong yet easy the breath is. It feels like I’m not using my chest at all , my diaphragm descends so deep with the ribs opening laterally but not in chest, it’s very deep. Zone 4 on my racing bike no problem. I don’t do time trials or max efforts anymore but it feels like I could ride at vo2 no problem nasal. Also I can fill my lungs almost as quickly through the nose as with the mouth open, so maybe I’m breathing too much o2 again lol. No sensation of breath hunger. Bolt score around 40. Most importantly when I started this I thought it was impossible. It takes time so be patient. Oh yes I feel less lactate burn. Feels like a superpower.

    @13:30 regarding zone3 training. is there a way so measure if the restriction by the nostral size makes zone3 impossible for some people? I'm experienced in running at zone1 and lower zone 2 nose breathing but really struggle when trying to ran faster.
