I soooooo love this man. My husband and I played just about all of Jackson's music. Our favorite is After the Deluge. Among several others. Bobby has passed away 8 years ago and I miss playing Jackson Browne songs. I can't get thru one now without crying. We were married 33 years. Its such a profound loss in many ways. Eagles Bob Seger can't get thru any of those songs either. We had the best harmonies. Havent found anyone that could even come close to the harmony we played together. Got a new guitar, amp, boom stand and Mic. Last Christmas. Bought it for myself. I've played 3 times all year. Just cannot get over the pain in my heart. Thank you Jackson. I love everything about you. Living off the grid would be our philosophy as well. May God bless and keep you safe.🎵💓🌹

When you said we had the best harmonies havent found anyone that could even come close that was poetry.

That was a joy.. I have never met him, he has no idea who I am, but this film tells me he is a genuine guy, a decent man and.. a nice man. Everything else is a side issue.
    Lovely film. Thanks for this.

It has always been so effortless to be an admirer of Jackson Browne's work as a creative writer of songs and the poetry within them. Here, his insight to the intimate thinking within the process is very relatable to anyone who writes, allowing the writing to go where it goes rather than to a preordained conclusion...much like how water seeks its own level...Thank you Jackson for sharing your candid thoughts about your well hewn creativity. Also thanks to Guitar Center for publishing these insightful looks behind the curtain.

🥀Amazing words. I agree with you on playing guitar my Dad was lead guitarist played left handed like Hendrix but Dad was more Rockabilly. I've always said that about great players like Keith Urban, Richie Sambora, Chris Risola lead guitar to me I use the expression making love with the guitar because they make them cry, laugh it's only a few people who understand what I mean. These ppl were born with a guitar in their hands. Just like Floyd Cramer on piano he was so wonderful to listen to. You play fantastic you should know what I'm talking about lol but true. Thank you for sharing your life n love in the music industry. 🥀✌🥀

The fact that he is such an excellent player makes it almost guaranteed that any guitar will sound excellent...same with James Taylor & whilst many reading this may not have heard of him, the truly great English folk singer and guitar player- especially of early acoustic American blues. Yes, of course there are countless others!

My friend is a luthier. The first time I watched him "tune a new guitar" that he had just finished was intriguing. He tuned the guitar by sanding the body of the front of the instrument. Then he would varnish the guitar, sand, tune, varnish, sand and tune again. If the voice of the guitar was not right he would remove the varnish and begin again.....
