I had a breakout of rosacea on my forehead and was trying all kinds of things that didn’t work. I started using tea tree oil (straight) on just those areas and within a week am seeing great healing! I love tea tree oil ❤️
I'm using a tea tree oil and salicylic acid foaming cleanser and it's really made a difference. Fewer breakouts, stopped my blackheads which was a real issue for me. I follow up with tea tree oil lotion as moisturizer since i have combination skin and my cheeks get really dry
@@kacimarrs4308 (i misstated, it's a facewash, not a cleanser) zayn & myza, they're a singaporean brand. I'm sure there are lots of tea tree oil + salicylic acid products out there so even if this one's unavailable you can find one out there for you ^^
One drop of tea tree essential oil in my skincare night routine made my active acne & pimple go away in 3 days that's how it's work for my skin also green tea toner suits me best
I'm using tea tree oil serum from iunik also the gel cream as one part of my skin care every 2 or 3 days as my skin is. So light and calm for my skin.love it.
Im not a skin expert but i think it should come before moisturizer and I wouldn’t use it with salicylic acid or any other acne treatments or serums with tea tree
From childhood on, I’ve had dandruff-like plaques on my scalp. Nothing ever helped significantly. Profuse sweating, stress, or illness of any kind trigger it. If I bump my head and it causes a small wound I can get a plaque there too. Multiple doctors, hairdressers etc tried to help me. A few years ago I discovered tea tree oil. I add a few drops to my shampoo or mix a bit of it in a hair oil and apply it directly on the plaques (never pure, it’d be too strong). When mixed with shampoo I allow it to soak in for a few minutes, gently massaging it onto the scalp. When applying oil, I apply it before bed and wash my hair the next day. Some times I’ll mix a few drops into a hair mask. Ever since I started using tea tree oil, I can manage my scalp condition. Within a few days the plaque is completely gone, leaving healthy scalp. My dermatologist was floored. I now also use it when I have inflamed skin elsewhere (unbroken skin). For milder cases, I’ll use arnica-based products or… (drumroll) zinc based baby butt cream. The latter especially if the skin is irritated due to overexposure to the elements. Apply at night instead of a moisturiser, look a bit like a ghost because of the white cast it leaves, and gently wash off in the morning before applying a normal daytime skincare routine and the skin will be a lot calmer whilst still moisturised. It’s quite occlusive and depending on the type can be a bit greasy. But it works. I’m very fair skinned and my skin easily gets irritated by wind, the cold or the sun even when frequently re-applying sunscreen etc. Grandma swore by baby bottom cream. Works wonders for me. I think it’s the combination of moisturiser, occlusives and zinc that do the trick. And it’s ridiculously cheap even when you get a more luxurious brand. Just don’t get a heavily perfumed one or a medicated one that might contain steroids.
As someone who has oily and acne prone skin tea tree oil is my savior. Although I also know that for some people it can cause breakouts and irritation, so please don't use it directly on your skin if this happens to you.
@ayshorjo2405 depending on how strong the concentration of tea tree oil is it can cause irritation to the skin. I like to put a few drops of tea tree oil in either water or rose water, definitely recommend rose, and then spray it on my face. You can also use it as a spot treatment and put only a little bit of it on the acne, it will dry it out in a few days.
I'm using tea tree body wash by Roycedrem. It has wormwood and tea tree. I have been getting acne on my arms and back , which I never had this issue before. Hope this product helps.
Currently using the tea tree based products from aiken ( cleanser + moisturiser + oil extract for acne ) for me it is affordable but not sure if theres better product with the same price range
I like the line by the Body Shop. Are you can wash with a benzo peroxide or other acne wash & use a tea tree oil mixed with vitamin E as a moisturizer after cleansing. This combo works wonders for me.
I am a Mestizo man whenever I shaved I used to get Razor bumps on my face due to ingrove hair that's groves back after shaving until I started to use T tree oil, I mix it with my aftershave and spray it on the shave area and that's it no more ingrove hair bumps on my face.
Your video is very helpful but i am not able to get the clear name of the product. The product seems far from camera not able to capture the right image of the product.
I have acne prone skin, and ive used the body shop tea tree facial wash, but it irritated my skin, looks more dry. I think tea tree oil doesnt suit for my skin ☹️
I wish you can compare all the green tea/ tea tree products and rate them like you did with Propolis(Head 2 Head: cosrx vs Some by Mi), only this time it would be a battle of iUnik, Benton, Innisfree, and Beauty of Joseon.
Sorry... Still afraid of trying tea tree oil.. I have heard scary stories about people having breakouts with this.. Cause it is really a 0 or 100 product. If it works, it works and if not=breakouts...
That's valid, it can be very harsh and everyone's skin is different. I only ever use it for spot treatment, usually if a pimple is on the surface or popped by mistake. Works well in that case.
