Does the size of the wick matter in regards to the bullish or bearish engulfing candle setup? For example, the first candle's wick is longer than the second; will that make the setup invalid?

A few questions: if you use on the 15 minute timeframe, does the anchor chart change? Would you count 15 price bars back from the trigger bar if used on the 15 timeframe? Do you count the pips from the top/bottom of the bar or from top/bottom of the wick of the bar when determining stop loss, TP and sell stop? Are the EMAs on the close or open?

Andrew, I hope you answer my question : correct me if I am wrong but if you are putting your stop a few pips above an engulfer or a pin and your entry below them, if you plan to short the daily market chart, then your stop out distance in pips is going to be absolutely massive. Based on that your lot size would be of a micro or possibly mini size unless you had an extremely big account which us novices do not have. So how could we day trade a daily chart?
As a general rule only risk up to 3% of the account in a trade... if the the risk/reward is not at least 1:2 (for example if stop loss 100 pips, take profit should be 200-300 pips for the trade to be viable) dont take the trade if the risk/rewards not there, there will be more opportunities....in a small amount it can be difficult to do this, entry matters a lot, u can also trail the stop loss manual once u pass the break even point...but just be careful

Hi, it is possible to trade on bigger timeframes with small account and as a beginner say £200/500 account?
I dont like the idea of people promissing to show something for free, and then, when you put your email address, spend a bit of time going from page after page, you just wath one video and after that you need to put payment information to continue watching the other ones. Ok, there is a 7 days trial, but..... the point is: "why you didnt say that in the beginning?"
