there’s no o2 sensor in the muffler. i think you mean cat delete. most test pipes can be optioned or come with o2 sensor holes so they don’t throw cel

You can also get vhr test pipes since they’re the same, Ik sometimes it’s hard looking specifically for the 07-08 g35 sedans lol

For test pipes you can use hr and vhr so g37 and 370z and 07 08 350z. As for the Y Pipe you can use almost any just not h pipe I believe
