I still remember trying to get a cracked version of this game on a computer with my friends in grade school because none of us could afford it. When we managed to finally get our hands on a copy, we were all too scared to even click on the starting button.
The sight of this yellowish green animatronic twitching and staring at us in the menu screen made us all uneasy to the bone.
It was the golden (pun intended) age of FnaF and fear.
