Do you have any pictures/video of the trans crossmember installed? I'm doing a similar project with a GTO frame and need to reattach the trans crossmember onto the boxed frame
you should finish welding the rest of the factory lap joints. I pointed out a few in your frame that wasn't fully welded.
What about the transmission cross member, it usually goes on the inside of the frame where u boxed, good video, thanks?
Joe Keeble I welded in new tabs and used a shorter trans crossmember. I’m using a silver sports transmission kit with a t56 magnum

...yeah.you should weld those spots you should in your video.they could be a week point
Your evaporation holes are going to do more in letting moisture in and trapping it than getting it out. Keep openings on the bottom, not the top.
