    This is the strongest Selesnya poison build I've seen in early access. It's surprisingly good at threatening lethal with damage as well as poison counters. I like the addition of Ajani and homestead courge, it only seems right to make use of the proliferation. Do you think Defiler of Vigor might have a home in this deck?

    This is pretty much the deck I've put together, but I had totally forgot about Homestead Courage! Thank You! That card is BUILT for this deck and I've just found three in my bulk (yeah, I play paper standard!) I've got a playset of Tamiyo's Safekeeping too, which seems good in response to attempted removal, keeping your thing alive and giving two poison counters? Can't wait to try it out this weekend. Thanks for the video!

    @Spura83 Рік тому

    The big problem with the poison strategy is that if you do it by attacking with creatures, you are likely to be very close to killing your opponent with damage anyway so why not just focus on that? It only makes sense if you do things like proliferate. You if you attack with 2 powered creature with toxic 1 you are killing the opponent equally quickly with damage and poison. If you are attacking with 1 powered creatures with toxic, so it actually makes sense to get a poison victory, then it's really easy for the opponent to block these. And then you have to spend extra cards to get past the blockers.

      Most creatures are pretty small, so it's not always a disaster if the fight happens. Plenty of tokens to sacrifice or Skrelv can protect.

    there has to be a way to drain the poison or rot priest will become the meta. i can see a future where a temur deck that spams spells on rotpriests for an OTK

    I think wizard should make this card tasting available to everyone, free phantom sealed event for 48 hrs before release.

    I said it on discord and reddit, selesnya toxic IS the deck to beat in standard. Dimir proliferate and golgari toxic as well. But for me selesnya will be top 5 in arena.

      I don't think it will be tier 1 at all. Basically all decks tested during early access are jank unoptimized list that underperform against real decks. As soon as he faces a "real aggro deck" that play Thalia and Adeline, he lost. And it wasn't really close.

      @@KayleJudicator It's too early to say what works and what doesn't since it's an early release but you are right. Let's wait a few weeks after release and see what happens

    The solution for poison is to include combat tricks/protection and creatures.
    Not simic.

    This rotpriest deck doesn't make it seem not so broken like the simic deck where you literally dont have to interact with your opponents cards to win
