Garmin Instinct heart rate monitor does not work reliably (actually not at all) when moving arms frequently in difficult terrain and/or rock climbing. If have used the Instinct for several hundred trail/climbing miles. utterly useless for HRM.

This must be a language issue, or maybe an education issue, but 'running' and 'hiking' are NOT the same thing. Actually, I'll proffer a third possibility - this is a deliberate error designed to boost UA-cam's algorithm through additional comments from folk who have been deliberately pissed off about the video title not being replicated in the content. UA-cam should hide videos where this is the case.
