WTf Failure to carry OR CR not impoundable?
How could they shoulder the 5k penalty? Especially motorbike!
that last apprehension is a textbook case of privileged jerks on the road. they think because they own an expensive vehicle, they own the road and rules don't apply to them. even brings along a calling card of a high ranking military or police officer to intimidate enforcers. this is how high they think of themselves just because they have money. of course, nothing will happen to these jerks, because their calling card person will eventually call whoever is on the office of DOTr or LTO and "tubos" the license as soon as things quiet down, then they're back on the road like nothing happened. soluton: release the name, publish the case that will be filed against these jerks, so that whoever their patron is would think twice about influencing the government agency against releasing case. these rich jerks want to stay anonymous but if the government makes their cases and names public, they will learn their lesson. pride is such a big deal for them
so they just let the lady driver go?
"may camera tiketan natin baka sabihin nila namimili lang tayo ng huhulihin"😂😂lights camera action😂😂😂
as a curious pinoy, magkano total ?
Syempre ticket paden kase bribing.
you can see most of the violators motorcyle need to increase violation fee or community service for 1 week
I had the same issue. When I see vagrants, I report to the nearest DSWD. I often get bounced around as well.
Bakit ayaw e baba ang windows. They should be forced to lower there windows. There should be a law on that. Otherwise, everything is a mockery indeed in this country.
Impound
Penalty fee and impound dapat, napaka tagal na yan walang tigil ang violation
Got to do it, better one than none. Just really have to increase the fines, confiscate their license, & mandatory driving school & pass a re-test before their license can be given back. I think that will work cuz, when its nuisance to get something back, the lesson will be learned. If not again? The 2nd time, impound the vehicle & go through the process again. Just have to have every branch of LEO agency coordinate to really get these drivers/riders to conform to the law. Or is it just a government ineptness. Great job GA.
For me no. Violators is government officials hehehe
why dont they just install concrete barriers on that yellow line?
Most of the busway is protected by barriers. But there are openings for emergency vehicles to get in and out. And they had to be removed from the flyovers and tunnels for safety reasons.
Barriers do help, but they're not a complete replacement for self-discipline.
For example, look at the daily complaints about Bonny Serrano... concrete barriers were installed but motorcycles are still counterflowing and forcing themselves to the front, making traffic much worse for everyone else on the road.
Failure to carry or/cr should be impound right?
