    Being intentional is very important in any business. It helps in social media, gaining clients, and creating new content on UA-cam. I plan to correlate being intentional about the people I hire on my team as well. Knowing each team member individually will be important in my business. It will help me delegate tasks more efficiently and help me to put a strategic plan together to get projects done as you have mentioned. Thanks for these tips! They will come in handy.

    Hi Adriana, thank you for making this, I thoroughly enjoyed watching it coz it was so relevant. Could you do us all a favour please. Could you make a video on how to be good at office politics? As I understand, whenever people work together, there would be some level of politics. so why not become good at it instead(only so that you can avoid becoming a victim). I know the video am requesting for is very unusual, may be it could be a little more euphemistically titled like' how to avoid being at the receiving end of office politics' .. Am sure viewers would be interested. Thanks!

      Hi, Manas. I am thrilled that you enjoyed this video. If you take a look at my play list First job 9-5 you will find a video on office politics. Hopefully the content in this video will answer your questions. There may be some other videos in that playlist that will be helpful as well.
      Stay tuned as I will be producing more videos on this topic.

      @AdrianaGirdler  4 роки тому

      Hi....thanks for the question.
      You are correct, there are no attachments just links that get you to your free download. When you sign up for the download it will tell you to check your inbox for the free download and talk about my free training. It’s your choice if you want to do this or not. It is good free PM content.
      When you get the email for the free download you do have one more link to click which will send you directly to the document where you can download it. Make sure you check your spam folder if you didn’t get it in your in-box. Cheers.
