These Cub rallies look like a lot of fun. You asking the guy who he voted for, and the tent getting blown into the tree had me laughing.
I did not think he would have had time to get his vote in and start to ride down the same day
That looked good, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves - except perhaps the guy whose tent was in the tree! Vango Force 10, wonderful tents. We had one like yours (but with nylon fly) for wife and self, kids had a cotton inner and outer Vango Force 10 mk3 (I think) each. Still got ours and our daughter’s tents in attic. Never touch a cotton tent when it’s raining, it’ll probably start to leak. Ours survived many a Lake District July storm, but then, they used to use ‘em on Everest expeditions. Les
yeah i did not know anything about the tent i just thought it looked really strong and easy to put up

Dang your making me want on old skool ridge tent although I was at Santa Pod the weekend of cubfest and got woken up by torrential rain thunder and lightning and was nice and dry in an old Eurohike dome tent so maybe i'll just stick to that.
Also crazy how many people and bikes I recognise and I've still not properly been to a meet, much respect to Mike for coming all the way from Scotland!

This is not the first video I have seen today, from UK, that has featured rain./ That phrase before "I'll tune back in the morning" was a "that's what she said" moment, if there ever was one. / That tent rescue 😆 how did it end up there in the first place?
