CHICHARRON for TWO | Chicharrón Fair.

We will make a chicharrón with only TWO KILOS OF pork - for two people. We will visit the Sacaba chicharrón fair, Cochabamba, Bolivia for inspiration and we will check our weight at the end. We will try to make the chicharrón WITH THE LOWEST AMOUNT OF MEAT (and FAT) possible, the amount of fat in the pork will always depend on the part we consume. You will be able to see how we are doing after so many delicious recipes.
