TODAY'S RECIPE IS Kids Favorite Coconut Popsicle | Homemade Coconut Lolly Ice Cream Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Water 1 tbsp
Mix well
Water 2 cup
Fresh coconut 1/2 cup
Milk powder 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Cardamom powder pinch of
Let it boil
Boil for 5 mins
Add cornflour mixture
Cook for 5 mins
Let it cool down
Ice cream mould
Fresh coconut 1 tsp
Ice cream mixture
Fresh coconut 1 tsp
Cover
Popsicle stick
Keep it in the freezer for 8 hours or over night
Dip into water for few seconds
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
