One important thing to note, is that down down s1 can be hit back with your heavies like regular timewinder, and it can also combo into dash back S1 mid screen for a full combo.
Haven’t been playing 2XKO but loving the content for sure! I really appreciate these types of guides as Ekko looks sick to me and is absolutely who I’d play if I were to try the game. He just kinda checks all the boxes for me so thank you for this guide!
I immediately fell in love with this character when I saw how cool his clone setups are (specially that SonicFox one). Even when I can actually kill, it just feels good to keep the vortex rolling.
I started my FG journey with your Ram guide, I kinda started FGs in anticipation of this game, so this is kinda full circle for me, appreciate the guide. time to cook
Oh my God, thank you so much for the tip about the jump 6S2 not using the clone. I could not for the life of me understand why the combo wasn't working.
Being as nobody plays Guilty Gear Xrd, and I'm a Strive hater (the power level is just too low for me gang), 2XKO is probably going to be my new main fighting game. We play the same characters in every game, so glad to see you on Ekko Ahri and making content! Strive is what got me subscribed to you, so glad to see you playing a game I'm actually going to grind.
Thanks for the guide! Not planning on playing Ekko, but this definitely helps to deal with him once I can get in the game. I am really loving how the game looks in matches (I have gripes with the lobbies and battle pass type stuff but I can let it slide). Just waiting for them to fully reveal Jinx and hopefully Vi, otherwise I'll just go with Ahri and Yasuo! Are you going to make guides for them?
Ekko and ahri are the ones to catch my attention. I still don't feel like i have a main. Hopefully when the game is released, I can find a char. I resonate with
I am originally a smash bros player and it feels very unnatural to be in disadvantage for such a long state (combos, walls, airtime). What are my Defence options? How can I avoid getting into these situations in the first place when a lot of the hits convert into huge advantages? Tldr how should I approach this game’s neutral? It feels very alien so far

This is such a great vid! I really appreciate the combo notation on screen as it helps a lot with knowing what's going on on screen.

I feel like sacrificing a bit of combo damage to reset and get another mixup going can actually be better and lead to more damage in the end as well!

Great guide as always SQ!

Incredibly quick turnaround. Appreciate the vids as always!
I might be wrong but it looks like the combo at 15:54 ends with [3H > j.H > j.S2] instead of [3H > j.M > j.H > j.S2].
Thx for the guide. Very clear and thorough

When i go to do the second J.S2 (for the first BnB_) i dont actually hit them. Did they change it or is there a certain timing im missing?
@@Que1t0WontWork if you have a clone on screen already you need to hold forward during j.S2 to prevent Ekko from rewinding.
@@SQuirrel147 OMG THANKS I FINALLY DID IT. Great guide!!
