company gave interview in embbeded engineer. But they gave VLSI jobs (my background not fit this job ). I signed 4 year signed bond. I sent all mail to HR to domain change they didn't accept. Finally I gave resignation but they didn't give releasing letter because I need to pay bond amount (only 5 months served). Then I joined new organization that fit my profile (Software Engineer). But first company created pf for me. This makes problem in future ?

If cmpy is shutdown then how your BGV will complete, meaning that exp letter is useless for you. Atleast cmpy's owner or HR should be there to respond your BGV calls/emails. You can show any year of exp letter but that also need to validate/confirm during your BGV process else that exp letter has no meaning.

My father name is present incorrectly in epfo protal and uan.
I already send joint declaration form for father name correction.dont know how much time it will take.
With in a month. i have to join new organization.will incorrect father name in epfo will create any problem in background verification.
Do IT company checks father name in epfo portal for background verification.
You can just inform the HR during your interview,than you are good to go.

You need to correct it anyway else your PF amount may stuck. Please correct it ASAP.

Sir mai jis company me kaam kr rha hu usme total employee 13 hai aur us company kaa pf account v nhi hai. Kya mere ko kis trah ki preshani v ho skti hai Pf account nhi hone ki vjah se?
It's totally depend upon employer to employer, whether they considering your experience letter without UAN number or not. Some employer does and some have strict policy.

If i give edited bank statement as salary proof, then what are different ways in which HR catch me?
It can easily verify from bank end. They do this after you join company as well. They ask you to come at bank, give account number or get a bank stamp statement.

My bgv also failed maybe I have 2 experience letter from different vendors but this thing not mean my experience was fake..

Sometime it failed because of stupid manager kyoki wo hosh me hote nhi probation period me badme nind khulti he bhosdiwale ki

Seems companies have nothing better to do than sniff out imperfections in people. And then, the company cant do their business, turns out shit.
Why such nosey intrusive inspection? Its as if job seekers are thieves, or cheats
