It is the responsibility of a candidate to not share any fake details or docs. If you are true, doesn't matter when BGV is done.
Companies conduct it at a later stage for different reasons.
My uan genrate and resigned in same day... Then will it count in dual employment
Hi mam I have shared all the correct docs but have fear that the gap will create an issue. What to do as I have left the pre vious organization as well.

In my 10th marksheet correction has been done in my surname and father's name with right deatils in offline mode but not on online, showing old details and now they are too long time.
Other all docs are perfect.
What could be happen in bg verification and which category belong it?

Hi mam I have completed my 12th in 2010 but there is a 5 year gap in my graduation because I was doing some professional degree which I am not able to passed I started my graduation in 2015 and cleared it in 2021 not mentioned clearing year on resume and I got the offer letter as no body asked for it will It create problems in BGV PLEASE REPLY
hi Jatin, In case you have not mentioned the graduation year anywhere that is ok but make sure you share all the correct certificates when asked. Do keep me posted.

Mam Maine Ek company mein interview diya hai abhi to Mera interview Pass Ho Gaya Hai Lekin Maine company ko bataya Nahin Hai Ki Main contract se hun ya company se hun lekin Main Yahan per contract se kam kar raha hun. Aur Maine Apni salary Bhi Jyada interview Mein Bata di hai. Aur interview pass bhi ho gaya hai lekin abhi vah log mere pass last three month ka salary slip Mang Rahe Hain To Main Kaise takal Karun Mere ko fake salary slip Banani chahie ya nahi

I am an Mba school hire in one of the big 4s. I have two pre-Mba work experience - first one in an Mnc and the last one in my small family business. I have all the papers for both organisations but for the family business my salary was paid in cash - which is mentioned in my joining letter and Payslips - duely stamped and signed by my father who is rhe sole proprietor. Do you think this will create an issue in Background verification?
@@MegaAstralA No, this won't be an issue since you have all relevant documents.
@@TalentOyster-HR Thanks for the reply ma'am. Can there be a case where they don't believe the slips and ask for bank proof like deposit? I did not deposit the amount as it was low and used it for monthly personal expenditure.
@@MegaAstralA Max. that can happen is the company would not consider this exp. of yours otherwise no issue.
Hi Ma'am, Thank you for the informative video. My PF shows the same start and end date for the same company. Will this affect my background verification? Do I need a relieving letter for this, despite not working for the company?
Hi, no ideally relieving letter is not required since you have just joined it for 1 day but from your side do share in writing to the Company that you have decided not to continue the job and make sure you don't have any assets with you. There won't be any PF issue as you have not drawn any salary from the firm.

Thank you ma'am. However the PF shows a deposit of 1800 despite not withdrawing salary. Is there anything I can do to correct it?
Mam, i was employee at family owned firm(manufacturing ), since 05/2021, wanted to teach so joined a tutoring company. After a month I realised it'll count has double as double employment and i left that job after 1 month 25 days.
But i have recieved pf from both companies in this time period.
How should i disclose this in upcoming hr rounds of interviews.
Hi, since the PF has been deducted then it will reflect in your UAN that you had dual employement. Incase you left your Manufacturing job at a later stage then do not mention your Teaching job in your CV. Anyways it happened in past so you do not have to disclose it to your future employer unless asked.
Also, These are basics so please avoid doing it in future, else it will jeopardize your career.

Hi, it is always better to get it resolved if you can but for next employer it won't be an issue
Hi mam,I modified my payslips and completed the BGV documentation process, remaining employment details are Correct,what comes in BGV status..?
If by modification you mean to say any details have been changed then obviously you will fail the BGV as Salary details are verified in BGV.
I have problem with my UAN so it will be effect on my BGV.
Hi, Can you pls elaborate on the issue.
Pls note: UAN is only one per individual hence it has to be shared with the new employer so you cannot hide it.
On my UAN portal showing 4 companies that I worked with them but I have only 2 companies relieving letter so what should I do.
Do 3rd party company have our copy of resume as i have share my intership experience in resume
Yes, all your documents including CV, exp. Letter, salary slips n marksheets are shared with BGV company for verification
bgv hr response received but address verification failed will they hire the employee?
Yes, Ideally in such BGV fail scenarios they again ask employee to share the correct one.

Hello mam, maine 3 saal freelancing work kiya hai and ab mei kisi company mei intern ke liye apply karu to waha Previous Organization Letter, Salary Slip mangenge to bol du freelancer tha. And payment cask leta tha to Bank Statement bhi nahi hai. To wo logo kuch lenge ya nahi. Freelancer se
Mostly in such case they might not consider your experience or incase you have any mails/agreement from Client side referring to what have you done might serve the purpose.

To ma'am bina offer letter, salary slip, bank statement ke internship pr rakh lenge ?? because knowledge ke basis per main select ho jaunga confidence hai mujhe.
Yes for internship previous experience is not required. But you can mention that you had freelancing n won't have to present any documents..

How this works with UAN number
There is only one UAN for each individual hence any employer once they hire you ask for your UAN no. which has a history of your PFs.
Is kotak Life Insurance agency channel check CIBIL score while hiring?
Ideally they should not coz CIBIL score has got nothing to do with hiring. But you will have to check if their current emps.
Recently sud life banca channel rejects me due to low CIBIL

@@TalentOyster-HR One day I was late for my office and she started scolding me in front of other company people, so I texted her I am employee till the gate of company, you can't scold me out of office
It totally depends on your Manager. But for your BGV, share your HR's email ID and as a reference you can share some other Seniors no. who can vouch for your work
Maam as sales representative profile. Previous company se PF nhi banta tha. Next company ne DV k liye salary slip mangege ya bank statement me mangege. ?
Hi, Normally Salary slips are asked, incase one doesn't have it then you can share bank statement as well.
If in last company PF was not there, it doesn't matter, new Org will open your PF account incase it doesn't exit.

Because lot of people say There BGV so they ask bank statement because you don't have PF, ? Plss reply.
bgv hr response received but address verification failed due to company closed will they hire the employee?
Incase of any BGV response in Orange or Red category, Company normally informs employee and ask for reason. You may communicate it then.
