This makes me regret selling my Leica M-E awhile back. So this year 2020, I got a Leica M9-P, just love the colors and qualify from the CCD sensor! Great interview 👍🏻
Nice interview. Amazing that the M-E still gets "airtime". Love mine.
That voigt 35 is dope. Unobtrusive. You can wear the camera under your jacket and it rides perfectly. Underrated imagery.
You’re so cool, Dylan! Thanks to Mr. Kim!
Thanks for the interview, Eric!
Great website!
Hopefully the CCD sensor of your M-E 220 had been replaced.
Cool interview and I really agree street photography
Not sure if anyone cares but if you are bored like me during the covid times you can stream all of the latest movies on Instaflixxer. Been streaming with my girlfriend for the last months :)
@Gunner Princeton yea, have been using instaflixxer for years myself :)
Haha, good interview, but I don't know if Dylan's ever had that ME out of a shoulder bag - there's not a mark on it.
Awesome guy!
I have never used a leica , and i wonder what its about it that people like so much. Sure , the name and its expensive but other than that? I have a fed2 russian camera . They say its a leica copy. Its heavy, average size , not bad but .,.i am not sure if i would like a real leica considering the price and the weight. Mind you heaviness can be good for image stabilisation but there are many other cameras , much cheaper to choose from.
Once upon a time my photography teacher sold me his Leica M8 in2008 .. I'm not rich ,, 5 kids ,, but since owning this range finder I've bought M-E M7 ,, 4 Leica lens ,, buy right buy once ..
Eric. You have awesome hair.
Leica stores can be kind of stuffy like the interviewee explained. My local one is the same way. I think it's because they're tired of entertaining young poor photogs who only aspire to purchase (rather than actually purchase) their expensive gear.
You were so right to advise him not to study at Photography college. Better to save your money and study yourself in your spare time.
Platform? The internet isn't old enough to have multiple generations of "Platforms". This perspective only exists to Gen Z and most millennials who grew up with the internet.
Interview more white Northern Europeans
