I'm so glad I game across this video and love how great you made it and I will be ordering both size looms. I use to do bead work over 30 years ago and this loom will be a great small one I can travel with❣️❣️❣️ Thanks again for such s great video!
Jules, this is a great video and very informative for new people who want to try Looming and were always intimidated like I was when I first tried it. Your Jewel Loom is very User Friendly.
+John Cascella You are a sweetheart!!! I must not have notifications on for these replays as I am not getting any :( I am so sorry for not saying something sooner. Thanks for the Jewel Loom Love!
Hello I just purchased this loom from beadaholic and just wondering do you have to remove the metal rod? Because they teach more of you don't have to remove the rod. I'm just curious. They say because the thread they give with the kits stretches you can remove or not remove the bar
I've seen so many vids on this loom that do not remove the tension bar. Whobetter to follow correctly other than the inventor. Thanks for the instructions
I love this loom and thank you for this tutorial. I didn't know you remove the metal bar before you start. My problem is I struggle and can not remove the metal rod at all - not when the warp threads are on or when it is not being used. Is it necessary to remove this bar when you are actually looming? Thank you so much for inventing this.
in order to keep your design tight, the warps need to be tight. To get the warps really tight, the bar needs to be removed. You CAN use this without removing the bar, but it may fall apart later.
I bought one of your looms after looking at all the different ones on the market. I have watched all your videos and think your loom is probably the easiest to use. One question though, how do you recommend attaching a new weft thread when you are part way through a project? There seems many ways people suggest and I wondered what your recommendation would be?
+Laura Jane i am so sorry I didn't see the is sooner. here is my email for any future questions jewels@casadejewels.com OK When I attach a new piece of thread I weave back in a few rows with the new thread until I come out on the side where I need to start again. I then take the tail that was left and tie it to the warp. Does that help?
Juliana please tell me the full name and size of the needle you use for the weft? please please reply ty in advance. size 12 the eye is too small and I struggle threading it. On the video it also seems much longer. the one I have is so short. the big eye is long but the needle is soft (bendable) and the one you use seems sturdy (hard)
The loom looks fun to use and your demonstration is inspiring. The only thing I don’t like about the video is the background music. It is too loud. I really don’t care for background music anywhere, because it is usually too loud, (Barnes & Noble music is not only loud, but awful!), but people seem to think you have to have music or television blaring. So, just to let you know that the music here isn’t bad, it is just too loud.
I am unsure. It depends on the way you originally string it. Try to keep everything tight. When you're done with the original stringing, you should be able to pluck the tight strings and have a faint sound made (like in the video). That's a great way to tell if you're tight enough. I am sorry this doesn't fully answer your question, but it's difficult to say unless I see your process.
Graziella *_*

A good instructional video.
Great video. I bought the loom because of it. Do you happen to have any videos showing how to use this loom just for weaving without using beads?

+DeeLightful Co Hey there! Yes you remove the bar after the warps to increase the tension :) thanks for replying XOXO

I am having trouble with tension on the last two rows. Is there a way I can stop this from happening?

When I go to fasten it off, that is when I loose the tension. I will just have to try harder. Thankls
I will ask around and see if anyone has any tips for you!

Bonjour Graziella, nous allons voir si nous pouvons obtenir une vidéo de cela. Je vous remercie pour vos aimables paroles!
Merci et gros bisous de la France !!!
nice tutorial except for the music, which adds nothing but distraction. I do love the loom.
thank you for your feedback
Hi loom earring
Great product demonstration. But... why the music in the background?! What's the purpose? I'm sorry to say it is distracting and very annoying.
Thank you for your feedback!
Planta Genista

Honestly didn’t”t make any sense
