What a nice overview, and history behind the looms. That will help decision on what next one to get. My 1st one was the orginal kit. And that helped, getting started. My 2nd was the silversilk one, because I had silversilk chain, and its perfect for that. My last project I did use 2mm, Chinese knotting cord, on the orginal jewel loom, with those , beautiful 9 x 6mm, vintage czech rondells. I am soo glad, I got some. I will send picture.

I've been beading for a couple years, starting out with metals and wire work, then I transitioned into bead weaving and now I'm interested in making jewelry on a loom. I've seen your original blue loom many times and have been wondering about that but now that I've seen this video, I am SO EXCITED about the small warrior! That's exactly what I've been wanting and I didn't even know it! The blue loom didn't appeal to me, mainly because I've seen people use it and they made it look a bit awkward but I also didn't want a big block of wood, as you said in your video. The warrior is perfect! I have to tell you though, I'm a big shopper and I love everything about beads. Also, I'm constantly on UA-cam watching tutorials on beading, and this is the FIRST TIME I've ever heard of the Warrior. Like I said, I've seen the blue one many times, but I wonder why I've never ran across the warrior? I wish I'd heard about it sooner. I haven't been to a bead show, though I've been wanting to, but you'd think I'd have heard about this. Anyway, thank you so much for this video, it was very informative and I'm going straight to your website to buy the Warrior! I've also subscribed and I will be watching all of the videos on your channel. Thank you!

I Love this! The Large Wisdom Warrior was introduced to my Workshop Students only in July 2021 then to the rest of the community in late fall. The small warrior came out after the large I think in 2022. I am working on getting the Warriors more attention, LOL. The Blue Jewel Loom has been out since 2013 so that's why it is everywhere. I am super excited to see what you create! Thank you so much for your very supportive and positive message. It made my heart happy! Jewels

Hi Jewels! Update.. I watched a few more videos on the original jewel loom, including one you did about a year ago, and I decided to start with it rather than the small warrior. You have a great buy on your site right now where I got the original and the baby looms in a kit! I'm so excited to learn! Thanks again for your videos. ~ Michelle

Hi 👋 Jewels!! Thanks 🙏 so so much for this very very informative and interesting history of the looms!! I bought my loom from Jtv back in 2015. It was before the baby 🍼!! I also bought your kits and your book!! I must admit that I have yet to loom! (I also have ricks loom too!) I will be getting JJBs loom,so I’m excited😊!! I’m a self taught artist who does all kinds of mediums! But my 2 favorites are bead weaving and wire wrapping! I also sell on Poshmark! From watching you demonstrate the winter loom I’m getting so excited to finally get my feet wet into looming! I started once but was going to make like a 25 warp bracelet with delicas( I like to start hardest: my 1st bead weaving project was a huge collar: I figured if I can tackle that [which I did] I can tackle anything) and I wound back all my thread cuz I got a little nervous ! I do suffer from a lot of health issues that has hindered me from creating for 2 1/2 years. I finally made my first pair of earrings for JJB and Softflex Halloween collaboration!! I have wildfire but have never used it! I’m a fire line girl ! QUESTION: is it better to use wildfire on the loom rather than fire line?? I don’t mind if it is (I have black, frost, green and will have red now too from JJB) . ANOTHER QUESTION: do you think wildfire is stronger?? Also I saw being and grey wildfire on your website: are those great like the green(as I’ve heard and read) at blending in ?? If that’s the case I’d love to purchase them from you for both looming and bead weaving . QUESTION: what is this monthly kit of yours that you also get the wisdom goddess or warrior(I might be interested in your monthly kit)?? I’m so sorry 😐 for all the questions 😢! I just wanted to be informed as I start to create again and learn and add another technique to my arsenal!! Thanks 😊 thanks 🙏 again for everything! I have loved watching you for along time. Much love 💜💜💜😍😍🥰🥰🥰😘😘 Melissa aka Made With Love 💜💜By: Mel from South Florida (ps I’m the one this week who wrote u asking if you had a 2nd book out cuz I got it from jtv too : which the projects are so beautiful 😍: I can’t wait 😊 to finally start)!! I apologize again about how long (the reason I have hesitated tbh is the finishing (that’s why I got the other ricks loom(on clearance: I got lucky) at the store that’s closed on Sundays) I’m just really really nervous 😬 about that part

Thanks so much for all your questions. A great way to reach the jewel loom team is to text jewels. Do you have her number. She is very responsive to her business texts. Wildfire and fire line are the same kind of product. You can use either. Both work similar. It’s more of preference. The monthly kit is awesome. Not only do you get a kit with beautiful beads but also the workshop on how to make each months project. Such a fun group too. Yes the grey colored wildfire blends in well with most beads like the green. No worries about all the questions. Let us know if you need more help any of the Jewel team would be glad to help.

@@AmberScott hi dear friend! Thanks so much for responding to my long long message! I appreciate your answering my questions! ( I guess the only way to see if I love wildfire is 1) try it with Meredith’s beaded earrings project and to try it myself on the loom! 2) after that test the wildfire on my own project!! I have tons and tons of materials: leather, hemp, knotting cord etc. it goes on and on!! Ok u mentioned a text jewels but I don’t know how!! Also for the monthly kits are there projects on website UA-cam etc. using and showing the kit?? I appreciate your thorough response! Much hugs 🤗 dear friend!!💜💜💜😘😘😍😍🥰🥰😊😊 Melissa aka Made With Love 💜By: Mel from South Florida

I loved all your special bead kits then and your book is beyond awesome and amazing! I can’t wait to make! Only thing that has ever held me back tbh are the endings of the projects!! Much hugs 🤗 and love 💜💜💜 😍😍😍😘😘😘🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩😊😊 Melissa aka Made With Love 💜By: Mel from South Florida (btw last month was such a horrible month for me health wise just as today is too but I just got my JJB Winter Workshop kit just now and I can’t wait!!! )! I think and I’m sad that my first craft November 12th since covid started I have to miss cuz of my serious health issues (I have 4 specialists this month, tests etc. I’m so sad about missing it but my health comes first I just really miss creating since it’s been 2 1/2 years! God bless you for inspiring me!!

Hi Jewels, just finished this video, thank you! I’m a beginning beginner to bead weaving 🤣 and have your original blue jewel loom. I’ve seen reference to a technique called “pull and pray” where the warp can be removed with the loop ends still intact. Instead of having to weave all the ends through, the loops can be pulled through the piece, carefully. Do you know of and/or recommend this technique and would any of your looms accommodate warping this way? Thanks!!! Linda
