Ok! That pudding! Wow! Thanks for the tip! Staying also at Inn Noshiyu. Lovely ! You put me in the right mood to enjoy Kurakawa Onsen. Thank you ! Love the music you have chosen and your filming is suburb. Keep, exploring and filming !
Thank you for posting this video. We are staying at the Inn Noshiyu in November this year and your video was very helpful. Thankyou for your all your recommendations and showing prices etc. We plan to travel by bus from Kumomoto and then on to Yufuin the next day. Thanks for your tip about reserving a bus seat. I tried your link to the highway bus website but found it difficult to use ( I dont speak or read japanese unfortunately) How far in advance did you reserve your seat? Please keep making videos - they are beautiful to watch.
Thank you! I'm so glad that my vlogs helped. For the highway bus website, I also don't understand Japanese so I use an English translator to read the website. I reserved my seats a month before my travel dates.
I think 1 night is enough as long as you take the first bus to Kurokawa onsen and the last bus back by next day. But if you're the type of person who likes to take their time and loves onsens, 2 nights is nice.
Hello, thanks for the infos. So you sent your luggage ahead to the next hotel, but how did you manage to do that? And then you took only some hand luggage to the ryokan, but what do you need there in one or two nights? Thanks :)
Hi! Thanks for watching. Before this vlog, I was in Fukuoka so I sent my luggage from there via hotel service. So by Kurokawa Onsen, I only have my carry on luggage with me. I only stayed one night at the ryokan. The town is mostly just for onsen hopping and relaxing.
For the bus directly to Kurokawa Onsen, Yes it’s needed. You can either book online or buy your tickets in Japan a few days before your preferred departure date. But keep in mind that there’s a huge possibility of the tickets getting sold out if you don’t reserve beforehand especially if peak season.
Hey, I just asked my hotel to deliver my luggage. Most hotels in Japan do luggage transfers. They will help you fill up a form (since it needs to be written in Japanese). If your hotel doesn't provide this service, you can go to the nearest convenience store to have shipped to your next hotel. Do confirm with your next hotel whether they can receive your luggage for you. Hope this helps :)
Hi i am trying to find a bus from Fukuoka to kurokawa but the website you linked isnt returning any results. Can you help at all with finding the right route? My 日本語 is very 弱い 😅
Hi! Thanks for pointing this out. I found another website where you can book reservation. www.atbus-de.com/ Upon opening this link, you can click on "Reservation" button which leads you to where you can book it. Direct link: global.atbus-de.com/route_lists/?locale=en) I will update the video description. Hope this helps :)
When I was living in Japan long time ago, there were not alot of "western Dessert, or western Sweet cakes", there were not alot of sugar consumption.... there were more veggies and healthy food.... now I see that the Japanese diet has changed. it is westernized more... more fried and sweet food....
You have a really good eye for detail! Very lovely shots with a relaxing vibe too. Really enjoyed watching it!
Glad to hear that! Thanks for watching! ❤

Nice video, how long do you think one should stay at the kurokawa onsen?

Hi! I'd like to ask if reservation is still needed for the bus from Kurokawa to Kumamoto? Thank you!

Hi! It's me again :) May I ask what service did you use when you said you sent your other luggage to another hotel? Thank you!

This is a very good video. Do you have email contact to Inn Noshiyu? I would like to ask some questions before I make reservations. Thank you
Thank you! Here's their number: +81967440386. I found this in google maps. I'm not sure if it's updated though.
@@Rainyyvlogs ok thank you. They don’t have email address? I am not able to speak Japanese.
@@howeijie85 From my experience, the staff can speak English but to be sure maybe you can check them out here inn-noshiyu.jp/inn-noshiyu.jp/.
