For years I've just made sure to top off every day first thing in morning with a 40% of my normal solution mixture. Because water evaporates, this keeps it about my normal refractometer % level. This is good to do daily because new coolant contains cleaners and other refreshing ingredients in it to keep coolant at it's best

That would have an even higher coolant percentage then. Top it up with one percent mix and add as needed

@@harleyhughes3646 thank you, 1% was what I was thinking when I said more concentrate. As opposed to adding a measurement of the rich to a bucket of water to make 1%.

how to make 1 % concentration?the ratio between water and oil coolant..

+siti khalidah rahimi We talk about making the 1% concentration at two different points in the video, once at 1:16 and again at 3:54. To make a 1% concentration in your 5 gallon bucket: mix 5 gallons of water with 7 ounces of coolant concentrate. 5 gallons = 128oz X 5 gallons = 640oz. So 7oz/640oz = 0.0109 or 1%. Hope this helps!
