Your explanation in 15 seconds is 100% better than the whirlpool manual I was reading. I literally put it down & figured it out my self with this video. TY
Make sure the mwave has its own circuit so to be up to code. I've replaced 2 MW ovens in my life. Fastening it was the easy part. Lifting it to place it was the hard part. One time I used a board on top of my range. Then I placed 2 car jacks on top to lift it all. This made the process much easier for this woman. I still made sure that I had a strong helper. Thanks for the demo.
You forgot to mention that every "TEMPLATE " is 3/4 to 1 inch off from mounting holes in the microwave. I've installed many of these. Easier to put the bolts in the microwave, paint the top of the bolt. Dry fit install microwave and the paint marks your holes. Perfect. I suspect you had to wrestle and curse those bolts to thread while holding the microwave with your shoulder. If not cross threaded.
I paid for installation but Home Depot did not touch anything. They said I have to remove some tiles. What si a tool easily can be used to cut and remove some tiles?
LoL!!! I have done dozens and dozens of these. It's NEVER that easy! Also you are going to scratch those new countertops! Put a towel or cardboard under that sharp metal microwave!

This one was pretty easy actually, we had 2 people though so it definitely makes it easier
Thank you .. I bought a really nice used and there is no template... Didn't have the bolts either😵💫
That's a good idea.. dab of caulk on the top on the bolts! Or Buy a Whirlpool.... They put the template on cardboard.
I wish i could edit out all the headaches in real life too 😂😂
How do you make it vent to the outside
It’s optional u don’t have to
That looks exactly like the microwave I just bought. Same brand and all. 😀
Excellent
Thank you. Took me 15 min but saved me 200 bucks
So where the hell does the microwave/range exhaust supposed to go without any exhaust piping?
Blows out the top of the microwave through the filters at the bottom of it. It's over an electric range so there's no fumes to worry with either.
That’s not a 15 Sec Job trust me I do it every day. 30-45 mins.
But it feels like it should only take 15 seconds lol
Why would you hang microwave everyday? Do you take it off just to put it back on?
@@ericpaye9487 maybe it's his job...... 🤯
What microwave is that
What if you don’t have a top cabinet?
You sell the house and you buy one that has it.
So we're is the Vent
They “filter”
Do you have to have the top cabinet or can it just be mounted to the wall?
The top cabinet hides the power outlet but I'm sure there are units you could without it just check the installation instructions
Dang my best guess is my range hood is hardwired.
you're a stud!
Mine is taking a lot longer to do. Is it broken or something?
🤷♂️
The way that you plug it in could literally break the socket.

Tile is never fun to remove hammer and a chisel for just a couple of pieces
No vent? That SUCKS.
No, it blows😂
What about the vent?!
Gotta love sarcasm.
No duct? WTH
He wants his MTV
Can someone help me out , what size top bolts do I need
Your microwave should come with the bolts
Extraordinary
No vent outside … don’t want that .
Didn’t help. How you put it on the hracket
No vent?
Not in this house
And who will attach to duct ?
No duct in this one
It took me all day and my screws stripped so now I can’t get them in or out 😢😭
Try a screw extractor
And let the vent air come out all over the stove top
This or pay Best Buy $250 to install? Yeah I’ll do it myself 😂
LoL!!! I have done dozens and dozens of these. It's NEVER that easy! Also you are going to scratch those new countertops! Put a towel or cardboard under that sharp metal microwave!
And bam no it's not
As usual no details.
Sad......no vent to the outside.. ...sad.
Can’t edit and say it was done in fifteen seconds maybe minutes
Yes but you don't have to watch a 10 minute video to see how to do it 😁
nah it’s obvious it wasnt done it 15 seconds, no ones that dumb, people say done in 15 seconds if they are gonna show you how to do it in 15 seconds
