Repainting some Old Lures for a Customer / Friend

In this video my UA-cam friend John Ames had asked me if I had access to Rapala Shad Rap blanks, I didn't but I did have an old one kicking around and when he described a color pattern he had in mind I painted it up. He then asked me if I could repaint some old lures he had and here is the result.

Thanks Matt ! I know you’ve been busy catching Crappie, walleye and big cats and filling up the freezer but I’m still hoping to see you catch something on the top water Spook you won. I’ve got pics from two of the other winners, Lance caught some Bass on the 1st giveaway lure ( the Clown Jerk-bait) and Sean caught some really nice Pike on the 5th Lure ( the Fire Tiger Jerk-bait) I’m gonna do the drawing for the big end of the season Giveaway on Labor Day. Still got plenty of time buddy and with Summer heating up, that top water bite should be turning on.
