Actually fun fact. Dinner was usually between 3 and 4 pm when I was growing up. I honestly don't know why it changed to later times. The order was 730 breakfast 12- 1 lunch and dinner 3-4. Am I the only one who remembers this?

I can't sleep if I'm hungry. I eat dinner at 4:00 pm and fast until 9:00 am.

4pm is fine. Most people have dinner at 6 or later which is the problem

Don’t skip meals if you’re diabetic without consulting with your doctor before hand

Eat when you're hungry not when you want to snack. But when you're hungry

After cutting down way down on white death - white sugar , I have noticed I just ate a banana and it is sooo sweet almost repugnant . Thanks for giving me the push to do something that I knew I needed to do for a long while , regardless of sweet tooth husband . Oh yes , he’s enjoying foods that a week ago he turned his nose up at . Brussel sprouts even !

That's quite easy if one can control the craving for food and if we do it for some days we are blessed or say the winners🏆. Yes.

I have been turned off of the advice of skipping meals because my old doctor was as large as a battleship when he told me that. he also told me to get skinny to keep my husband. oh my. well I am diabetic and I know that you need to eat every few hours if you feel your blood sugar is telling you that. so, no I would not skip dinner.

I eat dinner and dinner only unless I’m hungry at lunch break then I’ll eat something light to hold me over as I’m not usually hungry until around 6:30 in the afternoon
