4 String Beatles Tin Guitar (The Night Before)

A video about a 4 String Box Guitar made from a Beatles tin, tuned (roughly) C F A# D. The neck is made from oak with mahogany inlays. It has a piezo pickup, refurbished machine heads and custom hardware.

Why did I film this in a field?
I was paying homage to this scene from the Beatles' film "Help!" tinyurl.com/y3... which was shot in Salisbury Plain (although I was only in Lower Wick near Dursley).
The film also features the setting from the album cover (which is on the tin) but recreating that scene would have involved travelling to the Alps, and the film's finale was shot in the Bahamas.
Irritatingly, the sound recording of the best take of the perfomance was corrupted so I've had to use the best available take in terms of technical quality (excuses, excuses) but luckily I had the foresight to play the song several times.

I'm curious to know, if you were to sell that guitar would you be breaking trademark law in some way? I'm interested in making and selling cigar box and tin guitars/canjos but i don't know where i'd stand in regards to trademark law if the box or tin has a logo

I did try looking into that with regards to my Beano collages but wasn't able to find out anything useful. I am going by the logic that being made from "found objects" then it's akin to selling them second hand, though I am no expert!
