I'm a huge fan of Tom, and the talk itself isn't up my alley, but ohh my god how good he looks in a suit and tie! Even with the distance on the video.
With the slicked-back hair and how he seems to have matured from red shirt to red tie, I think Tom was asking himself "What will I look like in 2030?" when he got dressed for this presentation.
Tom needs to go write an episode of Black Mirror... this stuff would be perfect!

When he said 30s teenagers I felt weird. I don’t know why but the feeling that my granddad and kids in 22 years would both be 30s kids made me put life into perspective. It ain’t that long. Make the most of it.
