The yoga tune up videos and balls are brilliant. I have all of the DVDs and wish they still sold them as I have friends who want to get DVDs! Replacing one visit to a massage therapist or physio with these videos and balls pays for the whole set. I also use Jill Miller's book, "The Roll Model" and it is invaluable. I have been using these for years and they have literally changed my life and health for the better.

Your videos have been useful thank you. Im a body builder/personal trainer. I had slowly started gaining tightness in my upper left trapezius, which referred to my shoulder and recently bicep. I've never had any massage therapy done. I figured the discomfort I had was due to tightness but it was beyond benefit from traditional static stretching. After watching this video, the sternocleidomastoid video, and applying techniques from both, I already feel relief. Thank you :-)
How often should you do that? Once a day, twice, once a week, only when you feel like it, or when you feel a knot. Or can one do the for prevention. Thank you for showing your videos to us. You are so helpful and your explanations are ace.
Great question! While you can certainly use for acute pain or discomfort, building a practice on prevention and recovery from exercise or daily movement can mitigate the onset of pain!
I heard about you through Anita Goa channel. I bought these balls to try to get relieve on my right shoulder/arm connection. It's a weird pain/sensation that happens only at certain positions. I'll see if this helps because the pressure feels painful. It must be doing something good.
I have bad back and nerve pain from a naughty chiropractor wounding me trying to get me to sign up for another years treatment plan. Hoping these help cause so tired of the pain.
jill, thanks so much, i'm wanting to get yoga balls but was unsure of what to do with them. i have both stenosis and tortacolis in my neck that plays miserably down my trapezius and this looks so inviting. i'm subscribed and on my way to order my balls now! looking forward to seeing you in the future! are you on twitter? thanks! rochelle @shellilouwho

@shellilouwho
i laugh everytime she says balls
😂😂😂😂
I was thinking about laughing each time she said it. But this comment reminded me to actually laugh 😂
how can she say balls so many times without laughing :D
Because humour is a tension relief, so you only find balls funny if you have some sort of stress about them (eg if you are new to sexuality)
@@salfrench3471 thanks for the lesson - professor :D
Last time I heard a crack, it was my rib that got broken 🤪
What if a crack in your spine gives you a sharp pain? Shall I go to see a doctor? Doesn't feel like all my spine bones "boom, boom, boom laid out" .🤔
Good info but her voice really annoying for a yoga person not calming at all
