    yogatuneupvideos;;;;;;;;Yes, I followed your instruction to the letter. I do the moves
    5 day's week, and my back is getting better,hence, it has only been a short
    period of time....But, I can tell you right now the pain shooting down from my lower
    back is not so, server. Thank you, yogatunupvideos....you know your craft...Have

    This is a great video. I typically find that exercises and stretches are badly explained - often complicated in a way that lay persons find difficult to understand. This was very clearly explained both in terms of the language used and the slow and clear pronunciation. Good exercises too :O)

    Jill I love this!! Glad to see how you train to NOT do lumbar rotation on the 2nd movement. This is a huge mistake of many yoga teachers IMHO. It's the T Spine that should rotate and lumbar spine works more for stabilization. Also, do you find the first movement uncomfortable for those with QL issues like tightness or even spasm? Thanks!!

    Hi Jill,
    Do you have any routine for frozen shoulder? I'm having the "manipulation under anesthesia" in a couple of days and will be doing intense PT afterwards to keep it from re-freezing. I have your therapy balls.

    Even though I am 11 I have lower back pain because of heavy book bags
