This video is a game-changer for neck mobility! The strap-assisted exercises Jill demonstrates are incredibly effective at both releasing tension and strengthening the cervical muscles. I’ve always struggled with a sense of restriction in my neck, especially after long hours at the desk, and this sequence really helps to unwind those tight areas while also enhancing my range of motion. This is definitely a go-to routine for keeping my neck flexible and pain-free!
I have been using a folded pillow case (2 inches)....but your strap looks much more effective ....I like the counter-rotation part of this exercise...Thank you
Is the action to turn your head all the way and then pull the strap? Or are you pulling and turning at the same time? I guess just try either way and see what works best for you?
There are a bazillion kids' karate belts at 2nd hand stores everywhere that are perfect! Stout and soft. Or, better yet, join a Jiu-Jitsu gym (go and excel) and use your belt.
