PANCAINDERA LIVE LOUNGE EP#15 - THE ROLLERS

Kuching has been known to produce a lot of indie bands which heavily influenced by British music. Since the 90s, Kuching and indie bands has become synonym as Ipoh to Lo-Fi bands.
Their sound however has always been reputable as fresh, original and certainly very "indie". Bands such as The Indies Wild Child (later known as Groovers Lum), Nice Stupid Playground, Radish Fan, nerd, The Drives, Sylwayed, to name a few. These are the bands that once flourished the music scene down here in Kuching city.
And then there's the rollers, Bahasa Melayu singing indie band with a swagger of your typical tall British frontmen. We featured them this week with a tiny caution that given time, the rollers might just be in line with the rest of the aforementioned bands.
