Mine is the ''Little Mule'' and I bought her right off the Lot in '82 because she was too cute to pass up. 40 years later, she still makes me smile every time we go out!

YW , I'm about to solid axle swap my 03 Tacoma 2.7 , ordered all the parts, got my axle but no where to do it and it's Freezing here in Long island NY, so just trying to find a good shop on LI to do it or help me is the real hurdle, these islands Suck! I don't know why people live here? If it wasn't for my family, I'd be out! I have to keep my taco drivable being that the only offroad spot is hundreds of miles away! And I can't afford another vehicle or trailer, sorry to tell you my life story, but goes to show how much people love going offroad! I'll get her done somehow and watching videos like yours is a great inspiration

i have a my first 1981 when I got when I was around ten years old and going to be restored after i rebuild the engine out of it it has a dead hole and number 4 cylinder and I got the second one for my daily I'm only 15 so I'm working on my driver's permit but right now I've got the second one for the daily just needs a little bit of work with lowered of the engine has been rebuild of the engine and it's mostly complete.

Hi Mandy, thank you for your comment. Junk yards are a good spot to find original parts for the first gen toyota. After market parts are online. What are you looking for?

Have you tried Facebook marketplace? There is a junk yard in Denver Co that specializes in toyota parts that I believe would ship. It's called yota Jim's.
