Hello Sunil appreciation to listen them and make it aware to the public. My suggestion is instead of fighting with all this religious beliefs and, ruins our peace and safety, live the life God gave you.
Forget about church building and priest. We are the children of our creator(God). Our creator dwell in us. We no need to go anywhere to worship or search of God. Just start fellowship with God individually and at home. We should not worry about marriage and other sacraments. God doesn't need all this. These are the income generating business in any religions . Come out of it and stand for truth and live as human. God will guide you and bless. You and children will be a living testimony in front of all accusers. Support each other and encourage your son. Tell him should not worry about these sought of act. Take it as an opportunity of success.

ഈ comments ഇട്ടവരിൽ ഒരുത്തൻ പോലും ഓർത്തോഡോക്സ് വിശ്വാസി അല്ല എന്നറിയാം. നിങ്ങൾക്ക് അഭിപ്രായ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം ഉണ്ട്, അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തു കൊള്ളൂ. എങ്കിലും ഇത് വായിക്കുന്നവർ മണ്ടൻമ്മരല്ല. ഈ വ്യക്തി പറയുന്ന കാര്യത്തിൽ സത്യം ഉണ്ട് എന്നു ഞാനും വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു. പക്ഷേ ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന് കോടതിയെ സമീപിക്കാമായിരുന്നു.

After listening to the entire interview, I am of the view that Briji & his family needs solution to their current problems. While i2i News has highlighted their plight to the society at large, there ends the role of i2i and anybody else for that matter.
From the perspective of solutions, Briji has to file a complaint for 'Police Harassment' in the Kerala HC through a Writ Petition (under Article 226 of the Indian Constitution) against the specific police officials, and concerned church leaders for the benefit of whom such things are being done. For this, he should prepare a summary of specific events that lists out the harassment that he has suffered so far - with as much evidence as possible for the listed events. He must also show all the documents to his lawyer (it could cost him about 25k or so) and confirm whether the police had followed the law as laid down by the Hon'ble SC in this regard. His daughter is educated and they could easily confirm such things from Google as well. He must also give RTI applications to the police station and seek all documents related to his arrest such as the arrest memo, inspection memo, custody memo, etc. and of course the charge-sheet etc., if any. The same goes for getting details/documents from the Tehsildar, etc. for matters related to the church land, and the buildings appurtenant thereto.
Since this has been an ongoing harassment meted out on the family, the Laws of Limitation may be in his favour as of now. However, he also needs to make sure that his petition is filed in the Hon'ble HC within the time limit as per this Law.
If he does this, and includes the police and the church officials/leaders in his petition, within 3 or 4 months, he can expect to get a favourable verdict from the HC. Needless to say, he must also include his younger son as well (as a petitioner) and represent his son as his guardian - so that the son's issues can also be highlighted in his petition.
Once the above things are done, within 3 - 4 months he will not only get solutions to all his problems, but he will also ensure that the MOSC does not dare to harass anybody in such manner going forward - since this case will also be a precedent for all such issues going forward. The police will also leave him alone and he will not keep getting arrested at the drop of a hat, as is the situation now. He is also entitled to get compensation for the harassment, by the way.

Firstly, thanks for deeming me to be fit enough to be able to help out Briji & his family. However, I am not an advocate and hence, I can't take up matters that pertain to others. This is the reason why I specified as much info as possible in my message above for helping them to get started on their own.
Next, I have my hands full since I am fighting many court battles for protecting my family property, and for the well-being of my aged mother, whom I am single-handedly taking care as of now. Additionally, we have many detractors including unscrupulous cousins & other locals, etc. who are creating all sorts of problems for the sake of property, and through personal attacks and fake cases, etc. It is a very cruel world, by the way, and I therefore fully empathize with the situation that Briji is faced with. Despite this, Briji can take comfort from the fact that his family is strongly by his side during fight for justice. God Bless each of his family members for this!
Anyway, the point that I am making is - while I understand their predicament, I am personally not having the requisite LLB qualifications, or the bandwidth, to help them as an advocate. They will in any case need to hire an advocate for all their petitions and appearances before courts, etc.
As such, at best all I could do is to help and guide them by asking the right kind of questions and thereby nudging them in the right direction in their pursuit for justice. Despite this, I would still say that they should be dependent on their lawyers for legal guidance for which purpose he is getting paid as well. After all, I cannot take the responsibility for the outcomes that come their way should they choose to take up these matters in the courts of law. As a layman, I may have my views about their situation; but this need not be fully accurate since the final outcomes are dependent upon the courts.
Nevertheless, if they still need to talk to me, Sunil already has my number and they can easily get it from him, and/or even connect with me on WhatsApp.
Lastly, unless they decide to help themselves out, nobody will be able to help them. Believe me, I am not shirking responsibility; I am only stating the truth as it stands now.

You are wrong to say that Orthodox people are not taught to become new creation. Paul said new creation particularly for those who are not heard of Christ. However Orthodox means apostolic tradition and the soul of Christ is transferred to them by traditions from Christ himself from the days of Jesus Christ.
