Karnataka style koli saaru- chicken curry. Best made with nati koli/ country chicken. The regular broiler chicken also tastes delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken- 1Kg
Onion- 3
Garlic- 3 to 4 ( Whole)
Ginger- 3 inches
Cloves- 3
Cinnamon- 2 Sticks
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves- 1/4th bunch
Coconut- 2 tbsp
Sambar Powder- 2 tbsp
Red Chillies- 4 to 5
Oil- 2 tbsp
Salt to tatse
Butter- 1/2 tbsp
