I have been watching your videos for some time now but never commented before. Having done these types of renovations myself before I can really feel for you when things get so challenging, especially when you are so exhausted. I appreciate you being so honest and open about your experience. If I didn't live in Australia I would come and lend a hand, but it looks like you have some great people around you, and it's times like those that really show you what friends can be. Please just keep being yourself and one foot in front of the other until it's all just a memory.

The reason why the earth always falls in your building is because you don't secure the excavation pit, i.e. you don't use wooden boards or posts. This is also a safety risk for you and the workers.
It is also essential that you place a layer of gravel and sand under the water tank as a drainage and leveling layer so that the tank doesn't float up in heavy rain and you can place the tank level.
It is important that there are 2 separate layers, sand and gravel, because only sand will be washed out by the rain. Even under the ground.
Also check that all pipes are at a frost-proof depth of 80cm.

Awesome job Maya 👍🏻 your positive attitude helped pull you out of despair, which anyone would feel in that situation. You're amazing, and shout out to Sheri for being a hero.

Overwhelm is SO POWERFUL! It was so encouraging to see you accept and realize it's gonna be okay, and that support shows up, sometimes just for asking... Really appreciate you sharing this. And what an amazing outcome.

I see your tears and know the sadness of your heart, for all the hard work you put into these holes to have it undone by nature. It’s ok to shed tears of frustration, those tears help relieve the heavy heart. I appreciate you for being authentic. You have an amazing strength and resilience that always leaves me in awe.

Sweet Maya, I cried with you, because I’ve had the same circle of emotions, just different kind of home projects. But I never doubted you’d not be successful. As I’ve learned through life, after a day of hard work, exhaustion, and feeling defeated, a shower, or a dip in your river, and a good night’s sleep works wonders to revive you and your determination. I’m so proud of you and admire your strength. Get some rest, pace yourself in the heat. Best regards.

Big hugs to you Maya. I know sometimes things can be difficult but remember it’s all worth it in the end. Even a beautiful rose has thorns. Always look for that rainbow and sunshine after the storm. ❤
